为提升珠海横琴新区城市公共空间品质，探索以艺术文化为导向的城市建设新模式，由珠海横琴新区生态环境和建设局主办，中央美术学院中国公共艺术研究中心、珠海市设计中心、珠海大横琴股份有限公司承办的“2021‘天沐河杯’横琴城市艺术设计大赛”正式启动，并于2021年5月31日00:00正式开启公开报名通道，具体报名公告详见http://www.cnhuafal.com/。

作为增强珠海城市文化软实力的优秀工程范例，本次大赛以“百舸争流，奋楫笃行”为主题，以“构建海绵生态体系、嵌入公共活动空间、提取赛艇文化”为设计策略，面向国内外公开遴选横琴新区赛艇文化主题公共雕塑与公共设施设计作品。征稿时间为2021年5月31日至7月28日，设一、二、三等奖与优秀奖，最高奖金10万元。

一、大赛背景横琴新区位于珠海市横琴岛所在区域，地处广东省珠海市南部，毗邻港澳。在粤港澳大湾区发展的背景下，横琴新区不仅发挥着链接港澳的枢纽功能，还对调整优化粤港澳大湾区的城市布局和空间结构，以及探索粤港澳人才共享共融共建的发展新模式，肩负着历史性使命。“人们为了生活而来到城市，为了生活得更好而留在城市”，2000多年前，亚里士多德如此描述城市。今天，我们站在一个新的历史起点上，认识到只有文化才是城市最大的不动产，而艺术是城市文化建设过程中的重要组成部分，是一座城市的灵魂。以艺术为导向的城市设计提升城市公共空间品质，以艺术思维塑造城市的核心精神，方能彰显城市品格、活跃城市人文氛围、培育创新动力，创造永续的经济社会价值和文化传承。围绕横琴新区的城市建设与发展，探索以艺术文化为导向的城市建设新模式，横琴新区生态环境和建设局创办“天沐河杯”横琴城市艺术设计大赛，首届大赛以遴选赛艇文化主题公共艺术优秀设计方案落地实施为目标，面向粤港澳大湾区乃至全球公开征集，并由包括港澳专家在内的专业评审团评选。本次大赛通过赛艇文化的挖掘，意将天沐河赛艇公园打造为横琴新区的一张靓丽名片，不仅可以提升天沐河公共空间品质，而且有助于赛艇公园汇聚人气。2021年首届“天沐河杯”横琴城市艺术设计大赛，征稿时间于2021年5月31日正式启动，截止时间为2021年7月28日。诚挚邀请国内外优秀城市设计团队、设计师和设计爱好者积极参与！二、项目名称2021“天沐河杯”横琴城市艺术设计大赛——横琴新区赛艇公园公共艺术设计大赛三、征集范围本次设计范围位于珠海市横琴新区赛艇公园。四、组织机构主办单位：珠海横琴新区生态环境和建设局承办单位：中央美术学院中国公共艺术研究中心珠海市设计中心珠海大横琴股份有限公司指导单位：中国建设文化艺术协会公共艺术委员会协办单位：粤港澳大湾区高校协同创新中心青年设计100北京央美城市公共艺术院生态合作伙伴：北京国际设计周珠海国际设计周五、征集类别参赛者投稿类别不受限制，可任选以上两类中的一类进行投稿，也可选择两类同时进行投稿。详细征集作品要求和相关区域介绍请见设计任务书。六、参赛对象本次竞赛采用公开报名的方式，具有艺术创作能力的国内外艺术家、设计师个人及团队、机构均可报名参加，不限国别、民族、年龄、性别。参赛作品件数不限，每件参赛作品署名作者最多不超过6人。七、奖项设置1.公共雕塑类：一等奖（1名）：奖金100,000元人民币/件（税前）二等奖（2名）：奖金50,000元人民币/件（税前）三等奖（5名）：奖金10,000元人民币/件（税前）优秀奖（5名）：奖金5,000元人民币/件（税前）2.公共设施类：一等奖（1名）：奖金80,000元人民币/件（税前）二等奖（2名）：奖金50,000元人民币/件（税前）三等奖（5名）：奖金10,000元人民币/件（税前）优秀奖（5名）：奖金5,000元人民币/件（税前）八、活动与时间安排1.作品征集时间：5月31日00：00～7月28日24：00（北京时间）2.作品评选阶段：7月30日～8月下旬3.征集结果公布：8月下旬九、联系方式
